我们聊聊在机械设计中，我们必须掌握的有关轴毂联接的知识！轴毂联接是轴毂与轴相连接的轴上零件，常见齿轮、带轮等。联接使回转零件在轴上***和固定，以便传递运动和动力。

Shaft hub connection is the axle hub and shaft connected to the shaft parts, common gear, belt wheel, and so on. The connection enables the rotating parts to be  and fixed on the axis to tran***it motion and power.

楔键联接：键的上下两表面是工作面，键的上表面和轮毂键槽底面均有1∶100的斜度，装配后，键即楔紧在轴和轮毂的键槽里，工作表面产生很大预紧力。

Wedge key connection: the upper and lower two surfaces of the key are the working faces. The upper surface of the key and the bottom of the hub keyway h***e 1 to 100 slope. After assembly, the key is wedged tightly in the keyway of the shaft and hub, and the working surface has a large pre tightening force.

矩形花键联接是应用为广泛的花键联接。 应用广泛。如航空发动机、汽车、燃气轮机、机床、工程机械、拖拉机、农业机械及一般机械传动装置等等。渐开线花键的齿廓为渐开线，分度圆压力角α有30°及45°两种。齿顶高分别为0.5m和0.4m(m为模数)。

The rectangular spline connection is the most widely used spline connection. It is widely used. Such as aero engine, automobile, gas turbine, machine tool, engineering machinery, tractor, agricultural machinery and general mechanical tran***ission equipment and so on. 机用虎钳的结构及原理。机用虎钳是机械加工中常用的装夹机构，其结构如图1所示。其主要工作原理：转动方头带动丝杠，在螺母（通过紧固螺钉固定在虎钳体上）的作用下，做螺旋运动的丝杠带动与之联接的活动座沿丝杠轴线方向来回移动。
